Looking more like the GT350 may get some nice weight savings, hopefully not just to make up for any gains from performance upgrades.

We have heard that the 5.8L SC wont fit the S550 without heavy modifications. You have to think that if the Voodoo is naturally aspirated, the GT500 replacement (whatever its called) will probably be SC also.. Fitting an even bigger block SC engine is going to require even more extensive...
I dont think this is something that Ford typically makes any kind of formal announcement or even officially acknowledges start of production?
The only evidence of this I have seen so far is another member posting cotus screenshot that his order is in production. Unless I have missed others...

80K USD for a V6.... there is your answer why Chevy is not offering the V8 there. It would easily cost up to 100K. With prices that high and the pandemic traffic and smog in China I can't imagine it will sell many GT's there.
Great post. I think a lot of people missed it but it looks like you had access to see parts of the chassis up close?
