Got my Kwik-Lift and installed the Corsa X-pipe over the weekend. WOT sounds awesome! Now on to adding the transmission cooler. As you can see, the GT350 is not my fastest vehicle. :D
My AG had a front plate when I bought it used which I promptly removed. The 2 holes don't look good right after a wash, but you should consider that area gets road debris and bugs pretty quick such that you lose track of the holes.
So then how do you interpret the difference between a Track Pack and R? I saw the R as more track focused then the Track Pack, with rear seat removal, etc. And thereby the Track Pack is more track focused then the Tech.
The track is not some magical place that heats up the transmission...
Another way to look at this is the poor after purchase support. Even if Ford made it crystal clear that the Base/Tech cars would go into limp mode on the track, Ford should have made a reasonable cost solution available to add the coolers after purchase. For example, for someone who bought the...
This is a good point we should compare to the GT350. All of the Boss 302 parts mentioned above are available and total less than $500. Surely Ford must have figured some people would want to add coolers to the Base/Tech cars? Ford's solution for the GT350 is a new transmission and cooler kit...
I ordered M-7095-M8S at the following link for $100 off list price. It is backordered till the end of the month. They seem pretty good though this is the first time I used them.

I bought my '16 Tech used last year without knowing about this cooler fiasco. Reading through the manual, I found some odd info - it warns that coolers are needed to run on the track, but it also specifies the transmission oil change at 100K miles. So I called Ford Performance and they...
Got caught in a freak sleet storm in Colorado - it was drizzling in 25 degree weather, causing the roads to become ice rinks. The roads looked like the frozen roof of my car. Between my all season tires, weather mode, and manual trans letting me keep the RPMs in the 1K-3K range, I made it...
Yes, I went with 10" wide for winter wheels even though I won't be driving this car after a big snowstorm. But there will be snow on the streets for a while afterwards so I went just a bit narrower.
I forgot to mention that the front offset should have been ET15 for a 10" wheel to match OEM...
Just got CF5Vs on my car after waiting on my order for 12 :headbonk: weeks while it was too cold here in CO to drive on the MPSS!
This is my winter wheel setup and I am really happy with the look. Here are the details:
- 19x10 square setup, piano black finish
- Front ET 25, Rear ET 50
-...
I worked on upgrading to a 2017 and the dealer offered $50k for my Tech pack with 6400 miles. I confirmed the the oil recall issue did not apply to the 2017 but the dealer never mentioned it was an issue on my trade-in. Also, the dealer never mentioned the Tech pack being an issue. It just...

I talked to Richard who seemed like a reasonable guy, but I have never been to this dealership.
I almost...
My car previous car to the GT350 was an '11 Audi TTS. I ran all-seasons in the winter here in Colorado with no problem - quattro really works well. I believe having the front wheels driven does help with turning. The car was fun to drive but the little 2.0l turbo is nothing compared to the FPC...
I tried TSW Ascent 19" wheels originally which did not fit, so then I tried TSW Nurburgring 20", both in 10" width. KRT22 corrected my mistake - the rear offset is 62. So a 19x10 wheel with 50 offset should work well. The front 19x10 offset should be around 25 but Forgestar recommended 15...
The stock GT350 offsets are actually 30 front/52 rear which are hard to work with a standard low cost wheel. I tried a TSW 20" with 40 offset and the rears went slightly beyond the wheel well. I suppose it would be ok for a spare though. My first try with a TSW 19" rubbed on the brakes. I now...
