This is what NASCAR cup cars use on short tracks. This was at North Wilkesboro, NC 2 years ago at the All Star Race. They stay bright red the whole night as they brake. They also have massive amounts of dust when they take them off.
It won't do anything. I ran a Borla tuneable catback exhaust on my '92 Camaro. It had a plate that was fully closed to completely open on the bypass side. You had to manually chage the plate under the car.
When I buy a car, I buy to keep. I want low miles, still with some warranty left. Paint and interior should look like they've aged together. If you see the inside looks bad you can bet the engine wasn't taken care of. If the paint is newer than the interior check for crash damage repair.
