But my pricing was an example of the current model pricing without all the options you specified.
The new one isn't going to be less expensive. There will not be any incentives for months. Dealers are not going to discount prices while demand is high.
I wasn't implying that it was obsolete, but it is dated. Just like the SRA that is still being used in the mustang, dated, but not quite obsolete. My crystal ball says manual transmissions will no longer be available within 20 years.

Uh, what? Pretty sure the manual is dated technology. It doesn't take anything away from it though. As far as people going from DCT back to manuals, I don't know what to say? I've never heard that before? Doesn't mean it doesn't happen, just that I haven't heard that it is prevalent.

Check out my posted pic of my monitoring system. It uses a bluetooth connection between my phone and an OBD2 adapter. Mine is quite extensive, but I set it up with everything I wanted to monitor. Total investment excluding the phone, $30.
Not really sure. I drive a diesel. I need to monitor both pressure and temperature. Pressure is more important than temperature in my case.

Dealers will get an allotment and usually order according to Ford stats for take. Customer orders do take precedent, but if the dealer has no allocation, it could possibly take longer.
