Since I cant use the grill today the brisket/tri-tip are in the oven on low and slow. Stupid rain. Made this a few weeks ago. Plank Grilled/Smoked Salmon with a Sri Racha/Brown Sugar glaze. It was brined overnight in just salt and water. :cheers:
