lizardrko, where did you have your FP tune installed? I also live in the Bay Area and was thinking of getting the FP tune.

I believe it can be installed by anyone that is ASE certified. If its a non Ford location that installed it, they just submit the paperwork with their ASE credentials to Ford Performance for the warranty info.

No I don't personally have the exhaust. Found the video online the other day. Just wanted to add it to the thread so people know it exists and help them when deciding to purchase an exhaust.

CAI are legal if they have a CARB EO# (sticker) on your air intake system. Not sure if any available on the market have them at the moment.

2morrow, thanks for sharing your experience with Cortex. Do they offer routine maintenance and performance parts installation besides suspension and fabrication? I'm not a wrencher, so I'm looking for a dependable and knowledgeable shop to do any performance upgrades for me.
