Kind of a bored OCD type post with the car being put away for storage soon but making plans for next spring......I have a 2018 PP1 and the stock tire sizes are below. I want to run something a little wider (but not shorter in diameter really if possible) but tire sizes above 275ish seem rather...
You ever find anything? I have my stock 2018 GT catbak that currently has an X-pipe on it but I still have the factory resonator as well. It is a 2018 and has the chrome dual tips as well. PM me if your interested (I don't have any pics right now).
Got ya, I ditched my engine cover as well. Think my only concern would be hood getting to hot and messing with the paint. Would like to see a pic if you have one.
Got the last piece to my spring installs (unless I go for the aluminum driveshaft). Custom made shift ball my son bought me. 5.0 on the side and all the lettering (shift pattern) is in the same font as the 5.0 lettering.
Also have a Stainless Works Legend cat-back, hopefully about 1 month to go...
I have a MBRP X-pipe currently with OEM cat-back. It sounds good but I do prefer the more muscle sound versus euro. I bought a Stainless Works Legend 3" cat-back with H-pipe, can't wait to install it but my car is in storage until spring. Jump to 1:55 in the video for a good sound comparison .
Bought mine in Virgina@Koons and it was around 550 miles each way to get there and back. Would do it again tomorrow, I don't have the exact amount but paid around $33,500 for a 2018 Mustang GT PP with 13 miles on it after my test drive.
I've done a few trips with adults in the back, I always ask if they are comfortable or have enough room. Sure it is tight but I haven't had any hard complaints and on the trip home they slept most of the way. One trip was about an hour (one way)
and another was out of state and roughly 3 hours...
Cyber Monday was the first thing I have won in a very long time and I'm very thankful. Putting my name in the hat for the Christmas drawing as well. #BEEFCAKERACING2019
These are X-pipes but I bought this about a year ago, nice piece and stainless steel.

They have a aluminized version for $110 and SVE has one for$80.

Was that dyno on a 2018? I thought peak HP was closer to 7k rpms.
Also for anyone wanting to install an X or H pipe it's not that hard.
Jack the rear of the car up, measure back per instructions and cut with a sawzall, loosen the clamps towards the front of the car, slide the resonator out...
