Possibly, but based off reported track times by the manufacturers the A10 Mustang GT PP1 ran a 0-60 in 3.8 and a 1/4 in 12.1. The Scat pack Challenger did a 0-60 in 4.2 and a 1/4 in 12.5. While that doesnāt always translate the same to the actual street it is a decent baseline.
From what Iāve just heard around the forums is itāll add about 20-30 HP with a tune, which is mostly attributed to the tune itself. Mostly youāll get maybe some throttle response improvement and a little added power, but I donāt believe itāll be anything dramatic.
Someone whoās done it already...
Yes sometimes, but this was clearly caused by improper use of an impact wrench. But oh well I think after Iām out of free changes Iāll change the oil and rotate the tires myself
No they said it was already there. Which I know it wasnāt because I had just cleaned the car prior to getting the oil changed. But what can you do really. Iāll probably order some touch up paint and try to just cover the spots so it doesnāt rust
I feel like the traction is subpar for what it should be. I did make the mistake of getting stuck in the snow last winter and just about died. But even dry and wet traction just isnāt what Iād expect from a high performance tire. I plan on switching to the Michellin Pilot Sport 3 A/S after...
My 10 speed is all stock and only has 11K miles and it acts weird as hell. Between 1st and second gear mine hangs some times and if I hammer down on it gears 3,4 and sometimes 5 are extremely harsh and jerk a lot. So I donāt think yours is entirely your mods.
Looks really good. I have the gloss black roof as well and same wheels etc. I also went with the gt350 spoiler. I was a cheap ass and didnāt buy the Ford one. I went with the Speedform one from American Muscle, which actually turned out to be quite good quality. My favorite part is I got it in...
Yes the pp mustangs have a different belly pan. The pan has brake cooling vents to funnel air to cool the brakes. Iām not 100% if the bolt alignment is the same as the non pp belly pan.
Iād have to agree. The pp1 spoiler is hardly an upgrade to justify its price. But I guess if have money you just have to burn sure why not. But the difference between to two is so tiny I donāt see how it balances things out like you state. Like others have said there are far better options out...
Things definitely fail later than 10K miles. A coworkers F150 needed a new throttle body right at 50K miles. But itās always the risk you take in modding of losing the warranty. E85 would be cool, but personally I canāt get rid of the warranty.
Very nice, will have to give it a try. Pure ceramic doesnāt protect form rock chips to scratches either, it only cuts down on cleaning and helps a little against stains from like bird poop. I had pure ceramic before and my 4Runner was covered in rock chips. Iāll definitely give it a try after I...
Does it work pretty well?
I applied CQuartz to my 4Runner last year and I donāt really feel like doing that again. So looking for a decent protectant.
