It is always good to have a buffer and polish compound. You’d be amazed how easy it is to remove clear coat scratches. That buffer seems like it would do fine.
Ha, sounds like me.. I went from a ‘14 Accord -> ‘17 Tacoma TRD -> ‘18 4Runner TRD -> ‘19 Mustang GT. I didn’t like money either... but I also told myself this GT I would have a long time.
Traded a 2018 4Runner TRD Off-road and everyone thought and still thinks I am absolutely crazy. But I love my ‘19 GT premium. To me it was worth it. To others not so much lol.
Drove 1200 miles one day after buying a brand new ‘19 GT with the 10 speed. Cruise controlled the entire way which was 90% highway and I averaged 25.5 MPG set at 80 MPH.
My car has 3.55 gears.
First off it’s already damaged so there is zero harm in trying to buff it out. I’ve polished everything from the decklid on my 2019 to the top of a original PS4 never had any issues.
I would start with Meguiars ultimate polish, you can try polishing by hand before you invest in a orbital...
Hi I am Matt, I just traded in my ‘18 4Runner to join the Mustang pack. I picked up my ‘19 Race red Mustang GT Premium about a week ago now.
Here’s how she is looking currently.
