    Maybe you should check out your info before spouting nonsense. Single turbo kits keep the stock manifolds and join both exits into one for the turbo.     Why do you say "not interested in ecoboost"? Both STs that you're interested in are ecoboost engines... You talk a lot about tuning and performance, so an ecoboost is the clear choice. If you want a Mustang but want tuning and power on the cheap $$$, go ecoboost.

  9. V6 Idle Fluctuation

    My car is a little jumpy at idle as well. I'm also starting to have what sounds like some belt squeal when the car is cold (I think someone on here mentioned his v6 was also belt squealing). I've got 7500 miles on it.

    I just went back to the track today and did 5 runs. I'm happy to say I did 14! And that's with my 20 inch wheels! I do now believe it is possible to do high 13s with this car.

    I know, but that doesn't solve the problem. This kit will work for GTs but if you check carefully in the description either in the CJPP kit or Sportline it says 1 inch drop front and 1.25 inch rear for ecoboost. That won't give a proper rake on ecoboost (or V6). I'm on 255/35/20 all around btw.

    In that last article it says "Traction control is never fully defeated – no matter how long you press it for." I thought it was completely off when you press and held for 5 seconds.

    ^^^^ This is so true. I feel the same way. The clutch is a little harder to depress though but I like that even better.

    I honestly don't have it, I threw it out in anger at the track. I could be mistaken on the mph but not the time. I didn't see 2.0 either or anything similar... There is a tuning show at the track tomorrow, I'm going and hopefully I'll be able to hit the track again. If not there's always open...
