Given a tremendous price disparity between the two offerings, looking for fresh owner perspectives on either (+/-'s if any) and if you would repurchase or go another option on your gt350. Many thanks.
Installed FP lowering springs on my 2020 Gt350.. Love the look (with the stock 35 series) and no penalty on ride quality from my seat. Lowering it was a concern as I was scraping a bit on roads in SoCal. Going 20mm isn't going to help, but I'm even more cautious when driving to limit as much...
That's the one I like best (despite price), but the website said this was not compatible with the FP oil separator. Is there any issue with fitment? Did you have to adjust or mod to get it to fit?
Factory plastic coolant overflow tank is ugly and looking to get an aftermarket replacement for my NA gt350. I see several options, but wondering which will fit with my FP oil/air separator. If you have this setup, would you please reply with your tank? Would you buy again? Pro's/con's...
+3 weeks later, my car is ready from the dealership.. Transmission removed and crankshaft sensor replaced. Hoping this was the root cause of my issues and this will be it on my gt350. Fortunately a $2500(?) job covered by factory warranty.. Fingers crossed this will be smooth sailing here on...
Yeah, since it flagged the code twice, I'm thinking this is the problem. I'd rather do myself, but afraid this sensor is a PITA to get to. Thanks for your comment.
Just hitting up the brain trust for any other ideas.. Ford appointment this Thursday.
I'm still having occasional issues with starting my 2020 gt350.. even after new battery. I notice the issue sometimes occurs after I hand wash my car or when the weather is damp/misting/sitting outside, but not...
Well, still having occasional issues with starting my 2020 gt350.. even after new battery. I notice the issue sometimes occurs after I hand wash my car or when the weather is damp/misting/sitting outside, but not always!... suspect there might be a grounding issue/short or a sensor issues...
Thanks, guys.. Went to Autozone this am and they had only the standard durlast battery in-store. Man, these batteries are tiny. Going to install today and hope this fixes it.. if not, it's about time anyways as everyone suggested.
Well, it happened on Saturday and then again today on my 2020 GT350 (8k miles)
After washing the car on my driveway, the car wouldn't turn over and displayed a golden wrench on the dash and indicated that drive modes were not available... car also in limp mode... Tried a few times turning...
Before I bought my 20 Gt350, I had a 2018 gen3 Coyote. My 5.0 engine also had the 2-3k noise and the typewriter tick at idle. Ford said it's normal and I haven't heard or seen yet conclusive evidence this is a long term problem with the Coyote.
Update: My Gt350 has 7500 miles and doesn't burn...
Yeah, not a fan of the styling of the S650. Hope the sharp edges get soften again into a more cohesive design. Thumbs up to be the last of the big 3 to carry on with a RWD, V8 and manual pony car.
Sorry, I meant to state if folks have heard similar that the compounds between the 19+ non-R MPSC2's are a different compound geared for daily use vs R's specifically for track (maximum grip) as the article states. If this is the case, I'm going to stick with MPSC2 and not worry about switching...
