Yeah, I messaged the shop and asked a couple of questions confirming, have not heard back. I might also just re dyno it again and document everything in detail to make sure there is no hocus pocus going on here.
"Yeah, 5th is the one-to-one." Found to be false on Ford's site.
Hmm, I also have not dyno'd it since Roush's update recently which was actually released 1 month after getting the car but I just put it on 300ish miles ago. Long story on that I have another thread on that.
I have 3.55 gears. I sent my concerns to Roush after this Dyno that was awhile back. They never responded. Maybe it was comical to them. Hence, I'm here at the forum trying to figure out these personal results. They unplugged the traction sensor under the driver side of the engine bay when they...
Here is the dealer print. I'm pretty sure it's just a preprint from Roush or something, not an actual dyno.
Interesting I read everywhere that the 2018+ have 124Mph speed limiters. I have not tested it but the dyno guy told me it kept shutting down at 124 Mph.
I have videos of the pulls as...
Just wanted a quick poll.
Has anyone on here been able to independently verify that the Roush tune makes 750Chp?
I ask because I took mine to a dyno to get a baseline after I had my doubts about the installer giving me a real dyno sheet when they said they do before and after dynos.
The car...
That is the air bypass for the coolant system. Make sure your coolant level is correct not too much or too little. Purge any air if any. Possibly replace the hose if it's dry rotted and a new clamp.
Unless like @NeverSatisfied said replace the whole barb if the leak is coming from the mating...
Either it's the air director or the controlling component. Could also be an issue with the fans. If I'm not mistaken I believe the APIM / Bezel controls the A/C and directors. I know for certain the Bezel on the 8" does, not so sure about the 4".
You need to get one of the failed ones back and inspect it. I believe that most states have laws that say you have the right to get the replaced part back if it's outside of the warranty. Sound similar to what the active exhaust crowd is experiencing. The circuit board in the exhaust actuators...
Yep, which is why till my Roush warranty is up I'm not modifying the motor or associated systems. If it lasts 3 years no problems at 750CHp then ill start playing a bit.
Oh god, I wish I never saw this post. Now I'm gonna have to start measuring my oil. 2021 Roushcharged 3.7K miles, no issues so far, does have HPFP rattle at 2K RPM which is now labeled as normal by FORD. Harmonics or something. Never seen black smoke on startup or otherwise.
Get a FORSCAN setup with a OBD MX+ and see if you can get into the digital dash. They have different features you can mess with and I believe reset or reflash the cluster.
Got a response from Roush they did a side by side comparison of the new calibration. While they said it's not possible to revert to the previous version they have said there is nothing to worry about unless extended cranking or not starting issue develops.
As for the comparison they said they...
I have been thinking about this all day. Why are they priming the in-tank fuel pump 3 times? Also, it's so loud that I bet they are not even regulating the voltage. I think this is less of a prime and more of a shock. It sounds as if they are shocking the pump full voltage full bore 3 quick...
My 2021 Mustang GT with a Roush Supercharger Phase 2 recently had its ECU calibration updated. After that was done I started to hear this thumping, 3 of them, any time I would open the driver's door when it's been off for more than 5 min. Sometimes it even will occur if I'm just standing near...

You will need a 2018 or older 8 inch touch screen. Have everything hooked up and boot the 8 inch screen. You will see a 4 inch screen on part of the 8 inch. Then use your USB made from...
