  1. Replaced Voodoo Engine

Curious about the outcome of his case. I'm guessing he prevailed and GM paid all cost, right?
  2. Replaced Voodoo Engine

That part is assembled at the manufacturer. I don't think it's meant to be taken apart. I only discovered this because it was stuck in the bottom of the filter when I removed the filter cap. It should have stayed in the cap and would have if it was not broke.
  3. Replaced Voodoo Engine

I will be looking at doing just that.
  4. Replaced Voodoo Engine

I asked this and it includes the engine. I've asked the regional manager for written documentation stating the reason.
  5. Replaced Voodoo Engine

    Cartridge type is correct.
  6. Replaced Voodoo Engine

Tab is broke off the portion of the check valve assembly that you see. This assembly is snapped in the mating tabs at the bottom of the oil filter canister. It is not meant to be taken apart. The owners manual even states if these parts are broke or cracked, get them replaced. The dealer I took...
  7. Replaced Voodoo Engine

Got the word today.....warranty voided. Don't have all the details yet but, they basically said that I broke the part. Not sure how or why that voids the entire engine warranty. :crying:
  8. Replaced Voodoo Engine

The service writer told me that. I asked to speak to the service manager I was dealing with. Well, he was let go that morning. I spoke with the new service manager and ended up down there 45 minutes later. They basically accuse me of hiding something. They said They would contact Ford today but...
  9. Replaced Voodoo Engine

Can't make stuff like this up. My nightmare started almost 4 weeks ago while doing my 1st oil change. The car is a 2018 bought NEW in March of his year. It has 1659 miles on it. I followed the break-in schedule and have never tracked or raced the car. I had planned to change the oil at 1500...
  10. 3" X-Pipe

Thanks, I'll be checking them out.
  11. 3" X-Pipe

Yeah I was afraid of that. I have a shop fairly close I may run the car by and see what they think
  12. 3" X-Pipe

I replaced the stock exhaust and have a full 3" exhaust from headers on back.
  13. 3" X-Pipe

Guys I'm looking at possibly replacing my 3" H-Pipe with a 3" X-Pipe. Corsa is the only one I can find that offers the 3" X-Pipe without purchase of an entire exhaust. Somebody I'm missing?
  14. BMR Suspension SP083 Handling Springs, REVISED and Better than Ever!

Thanks guys for the input. It will be this weekend before I have a chance to dive into it. I have some wheel adapters coming for it, so I may wait until they arrive and kill two birds while the wheels are off. Adjust the Koni's, make sure I didn't miss something when I clocked the...
  15. BMR Suspension SP083 Handling Springs, REVISED and Better than Ever!

The rears are at the lowest and the fronts are a quarter from the lowest setting.
  16. BMR Suspension SP083 Handling Springs, REVISED and Better than Ever!

Finally got my SP083 installed and into Ford on Friday. Drove it home and took it down one of our curvy state highways over the weekend. Needless to say I love the setup. These springs paired with the Koni shocks are exceptional, IMO. :headbang: Fast forward to today when I hit the interstate...

First I would like to say that I appreciate you guys and your recommendations. Bluemustang and BmacIL I spoke with Kelly whom also said I should go with the SP083 set. Thanks BMR Tech I will be putting an order together this weekend. :)
  18. BMR's SP089 Front / SP082 Rear "Minimal Drop" Springs: Now sold as a kit (SP763)

Thanks again! As you can see I'm a noob. I would rather get this thing as close to perfect as I can. I've put this suspension off for quite sometime now and I think its time to finish it.
  19. BMR's SP089 Front / SP082 Rear "Minimal Drop" Springs: Now sold as a kit (SP763)

That really sucks. :frusty: I have the Koni yellows also. So, a new set of SP080's and a new set of Koni yellows sitting in my garage. I've got $900 in miss matched suspension here. What's my best move? SP083's ? Thanks, I appreciate the advice. I guess I shoulda been here a long time ago...
  20. BMR's SP089 Front / SP082 Rear "Minimal Drop" Springs: Now sold as a kit (SP763)

I'm really considering changing to this setup. I purchased the SP080 set from an individual that decided to go a different route. I thought I was going to be okay with the drop on the front, but after several threads and pics, I think the SP763 stance is more appealing to me. :thumbsup...
