Yeah he's a good bloke ( the salesman ), a car guy too ( he's just ordered an RS ). He knew we had a fairly steep driveway so it was a no brainier.
I send him emails about all the mods I have in mind, he tells me what he thinks, it's a good customer / salesman relationship. I've also asked him...
Cheers mate,
I borrowed a demo from my dealer today to test how much lowering the GT we get here in Oz can take to get up and down our driveway without problems.
I've wanted to use Steeda Progressives to get an inch lower, and even though our driveway rises 4 ft in 6 metres we're good to go...
It'll all be worth while in 2 months Daz.
I feel like the delivery may even be an anticlimax for me ( with the waiting and all of the discussions on exhausts, and other mods ).
I hope it isn't.
It's all getting real now, and when they're on the ship it will very real !!
A lot of options here, but some are too load for a daily driver IMHO.
I'm pretty sure my choice will now be a Ford Racing by Borla Touring Cat Back with the Borla resonator.
Any here got one of those ?
Good work Ed ;)
I wonder what Axle back they supply with that valance kit, is it the equivalent of an S Type, or Touring single tip Borla axle back ?
I'm really interested in what you think, are you installing it yourself Ed ?
Yeah I'm in Victoria, and I've been emailing MMS about a few things inc suspension and exhaust Mods.
I have an outstanding invitation to visit them and go through a few things they have available.
Ask the dealer for the estimated build date, it should be visible in Vista.
The Window sticker will be visible the week before build- I'm tipping you're a mid September build.
