  1. When should we expect Build & Price?

Anyone know or have a good guess as to when the build and price feature on ford.com will go live for the 2015 Mustang? I know there were a couple of clever people who got to an unfinished one recently. Is that a sign that there is one soon to come? How long did it take to go live with...
  2. EcoBoost sales vs GT

I am sure that the Ecoboost will outsell the GT. I really wonder if V6 will outsell the GT or the Ecoboost though. Will it still be the volume seller with its much fewer options?
  3. Ecoboost Pricing

Thanks for the clarification. That helps make a bit more sense out of the pricing.
  4. Ecoboost Pricing

I definitely agree with you, but this is not totally a surprise. Options are where they make their money, but $4000 does seem pretty steep. I will probably do the same thing as you, and try to get one a bit cheaper in mid to late 2015. Also, I think a Baltimore Mustang Meet-Up would be...
  5. Ecoboost Pricing

Well it looks like a Genesis Coupe Premium with A/T has a MSRP in the low 29's. So I guess it isn't too far off then. Though that would still put it about a grand more if you wanted it equally equipped.
  6. Ecoboost Pricing

I agree. While I think it will be a good car, I was thinking that it would compete more with cars like the Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T. However, it is more than a little bit more expensive. Though I am not sure how much it costs to get a "Premium" Genesis Coupe. Maybe they are closer than I...
  7. Ecoboost Pricing

Thanks for the tips likeaboss. I may end up doing that. I won't be looking to buy until next spring anyway. I'm trying to finish up my student loans before getting a car payment.
  8. Ecoboost Pricing

I would agree that is still good value for money and that pricing strategy makes sense. I think I just have some sort of a mental block with paying more than 30K for this kind of car. After seeing how much the price drops on Mustangs once they hit the used market I think I will most likely...
  9. Ecoboost Pricing

Mustang ECOBOOST Fastback (100A): $25,995 Mustang ECOBOOST Fastback (200A): $29,995 Mustang ECOBOOST Fastback (201A): $31,790 ECOBOOST Performance Package (67E) $1995 Here are some of the Ecoboost numbers from the Mustang Pricing Revealed thread. While I do not think the pricing is...
  10. 2015 Mustang Pricing Revealed! $24,425 (V6), $25,995 (Ecoboost), $32,925 (GT)

So the performance pack on the Ecoboost is cheaper than the track pack on the GT? Performance Package....................1,995 ^ Is this correct?
  11. 2015 Mustang Pricing Revealed! $24,425 (V6), $25,995 (Ecoboost), $32,925 (GT)

Well Galloping Ford just dropped the numbers: Ecoboost (200A): $29,995 Ecoboost (201A): $31,790 No surmising required, but thank you. You weren't too far off!

This is great information!! Thank you! Do you have information regarding the Ecoboost Premium Fastback?
  13. 2015 Mustang Pricing Revealed! $24,425 (V6), $25,995 (Ecoboost), $32,925 (GT)

I can't wait to find out the pricing for an Ecoboost Premium. That with a performance pack... oh man I am stoked! I really want to just play with the build and price at this point.
  14. Build and Price is working ...

Oh man I hope you are right! I personally really like them in gun metal!!
  15. Final decision on your color choice

I won't be ordering on the 20th, but currently my first pick is Ruby Red followed by Deep Impact Blue.
  16. Do you want Black Rims with your Performance Package?

I really hope it doesn't cost that much! I just built a 2014 V6 Premium with PP on Ford's site and it comes up at $28,430. I thought the EB was supposed to be a $500 mark up over the V6. I'm really hoping they keep the EB Premium + PP under 30K. I have no idea if that is realistic, but 36K...
  17. 2015 Mustang INTERIOR Pictures

This is from the recently posted first ride: "Inside, the Ford team strove to make big leaps in quality and connectivity to appeal to more of the atypical Mustang buyers, yet the interior carries very familiar design themes. The dash and IP shape is still influenced by the ’67-’68 models, and...
  18. 2015 Ford Mustang Order Guide (U.S. and Canada)

I wonder if the black rims were meant to tie into the other black accents (or darker accents) on the car? What I am talking about is the gloss black rear end around and between the tail lights, the black (dark grey?) splitter and trim that goes around the car, and the rear diffuser. Dark...
  19. 2015 Ford Mustang Order Guide (U.S. and Canada)

This was great info!! Though when I got to that last page I got really excited then I saw TBD. What a tease!!
