Do you have a nice gold chain and pinky ring? If not, go with the Mustang, if yes, then go with the Vette. I like Vettes, but the new body style is the first one that I have REALLY liked in a long time.

I wonder if he delivers pizza in that, just strap it to the front spitter and you never have to get out of your car...show up at the house and lay on your horn until they come out.

In AZ, I would pass on a 16 model GT350 unless it has the Tranny Fluid Coolers. How embarrassed would you be cruising down the 10 Freeway through the cool tunnel, and then getting Limp Mode and have every piece of cr!p in Phoenix passing you and waving the, "Yeah, me and my Kia just blew past...
Salton Sea of all places....think it was 9 bucks a gallon. We were on a Mustang run, and none of us knew if filling up with 100 octane would damage our engines..................................................................................or just get us all tickets for "testing" out the new...
If the owners kit was generic, I would say sell it for what you can get. If the owners kit has a specific car number that it is attached to, it should go with the car.

So what did Ford think the Base and Tech guys were going to do with their GT350's? Should Ford have warned customers in Warm States that their may be an issue if they hauled @## up a hill on a hot day? I think if Ford had said the R and Track Pack are the only two suitable for track use, and...
I would have made the wrong choice....I would have only been able to afford a Base, but in all honesty, probably would not have bought a first year car. It is easy for those that made the right decision, whether they were informed or just lucky, to bash those who did not. Hindsight is...
I am more of a brighter the better person, but with the stripes and rims, I like it. I am not a big fan of the pinstripes on the racing stripes though, on any of the GT350's. I like solid color on the stripes.
Not to mention how much smaller the TREMEC/FORD XMSN housing is in comparison to the MT82. With out the limp mode protection these xmsn's would be failing left and right.
Performance cars going into limp mode? It happens a lot and to many. Here are just a few
As long as the Car Maker is up...
but the facts are, your car might shut itself down or severely limit the power just driving on the highway on a hot day. (Really? Not sure you can say that it's a fact and then 4 words later, say "might"..it's hard to act like the authority on something if you, yourself, don't even know what you...
Someone way back many threads ago said if the GT350 Base or Tech is not a Track car, and the GT350 is not looked upon as a Drag Car, then what exactly is it? If I had spent all that money on a perceived Track Capable car that will "shut itself down" even on the street, I would be livid. You...
Horendis....ha, and you are pretending to be the Spelling Police? As far as I remember from 6th grade spelling, there is no "i" in Horrendous.

What exactly happens when the car goes into limp mode? I hope nobody gets hurt because of limp mode. I was sold the incorrect size tires for my Frontier. A few days later, I lost all power on the busy I-10 Freeway, and BARELY made it to the side of the road without getting plowed over by a...
