I certainly wouldn't consider the mustang loud by any stretch as standard. It's really muted in stock form. Quieter than a stock M4 or AMG etc. F-type is on another planet in comparison, even the V6..

I actually think it'll look sweet with a black roof. I've seen a few other cars with dark grey / black roof and it works well. Haven't see a S550 specifically but going by the other colours I've seen with a black roof it'll look good, and it'll be different.
