Yup, that the drain for the cowl. You should be able to hear the water hit the ground when you pour it down there. It drains behind the front tire. Let us know how it plays out.
Try dumping water into there and see if you hear it hitting the ground. If it's flowing straight to the ground, they you should be good...unless the water is coming from somewhere else. When I took my battery tray out, there was a good 6-8" of water under it. I have not had any water intrusion...
Did you dump water into the drain in your pic to make sure its not blocked? I ran into the same issue where my passenger floor was flooding. That drain was clogged and I have to stick my finger down in there to push out the little leaves that got caught down there.
I have not noticed much of a change in the sound since installing the Corsa system with the Vibrant resonators. It did get a little less raspy in the 2nd week. The Corsa Extreme catback was used, so I wasn't too worried about cutting it up. I used the double x-pipe that came with the Corsa...
OK, so I had catless headers into the Flowmaster Outlaw catback. It was dumb loud. After a few months I added the Tru-X in place of the Flowmaster X-pipe and it did was it was meant to do. It muffled the sound. It's like adding a muffler in the middle of the system. After about 3 weeks of...
Look like I'm in the same boat. Replaced the first sensor (passenger) and the car was fine for about 400 miles. Right before Thanksgiving, the opposite side (driver) sensor code popped up. 2 days later, the original sensor code came back. AFR stuck at 14 on the dash, lambda was all over but the...
Did you have any luck getting it corrected? I'm running into this issue. P2251 code- O2 sensor negative current control circuit open...replaced the O2 with an OEM unit and the extensions look fine. No sign of excessive heat or anything and no other DTC's. Still getting the same code even with...
Did you ever figure out what was causing the issue? I'm running into a similar issue. P2251 code, changed the O2 and still getting the code. Wiring looks good. Just dropped it off for a professional to have a look at it and wondering what it could be.
My car threw the P2251 code this morning and that was the only DCT that popped up. Did replacing the passenger side O2 fix your issue? I have LTH and had no issues for over a year, car has 46K mile on it. Started the car this morning and had a check engine light. Haven't got under the car yet...
I run the track shocks and sway bars on mine, with Steeda springs. It's a bit rough for the roads around here but it handles like a dream. I'm up in Morris County and the roads are shit. Feels great on the highway, just a bit harsh on side streets.
I have a fiberglass hood and do not use hood pins. The hood does not move enough for me to want to cut it for pins. I know they recommend them for most aftermarket hoods, so if it will give you piece of mind, then go for it.
Hood struts should be fine with a fiberglass hood. I don't use them...
If there is a lot of adhesive left on the trunk do yourself a favor and don't roll it off with your fingers. I made the mistake of heating the adhesive with a heat gun, then rolling it off with my thumbs. Biggest blisters of my life on both thumbs. 😂
Yup, mine hyperflash also. I like the way they look, so I just left them alone. Has been about 2 years now and no other issues. I think someone found a way to wire in a resistor and that helped. There a thread about it on here somewhere.
That shouldn't be too bad. That is the size I run on my winter (stock) wheels. I about damn near lost my mind driving home on the parkway last night from LBI. My summer tires are 35 series and the roads are horrible this year.
