I called Livernois today and had a good conversation with them about what is happening with these ProCharger cars.
Everything made sense and fits. Suddenly, frustration was lifted. I now know what I need to do.
Moral of the story, call Livernois.
This is BS, and even if this is the case... you would think they would actually respond to my various e-mails and or actually call me and talk through my problems so that a resolution could be worked towards.
Seems like I blow off and is not cool!
I plan on switching tuning units as soon as the quirks are worked out with the others.
I was only planning on getting by with the intune. I am ok with a tune not living up to potential but am not ok with downright poor performance. I really am surprised by how bad its performing.
I also hope that other tuners are reading these. There is a problem with the tune and the more info out there the better.
Unfortunately, here in the Seattle area, there are not any tuners I know of that I trust.
There are several of us that are having the same problem. Most likely the tune, I personally have contacted ProCharger and supplied a couple data logs but have yet to hear back. I am starting to be bothered by that.
Check out this thread.

Did your exhaust rattle before or after the Ford Racing Cat Back install? I have the rattle and am still stock. I have not made a deal about it because I am installing my cat back and HO kit this weekend.
I heard rumblings that others are having this rattle and I am wondering what section...
Thanks my man for that info. As long as the kit comes with the lines I will be cool. I will just remove the Bob's can until I can find a resolution.
The Bob's can comes with fittings at the can. (No Quick Disconnects)I may need to have some lines made.
So.. question... does the ProCharger Kit come with PCV lines or does it use the stock lines? I need to know cause right now I have BOB's catch can installed, and my kit arrives Monday. In other words, I currently do not have stock PCV lines.
