I had this issue happen twice. First it was the lower charge pipe then it came off the turbo. I checked all mine the second time and all were loose or hanging on by a thread. I loosened mine all up put them back on and tighten them down good enough so the clamp didn't break. No issues since...

I live in Palm beach gardens Florida. One thing I can say is my car does not like the heat obviously. I would start with Intercooler/piping and tune, but before you get to crazy I would also invest on making sure the car runs cooler down here with this heat. oil cooler, and thermostat.
