  1. Do I have another track day on these pads?

Yes, these are Brembos. Thanks for the replies!
  2. Do I have another track day on these pads?

So I have just under 5000 miles on these OEM pads including 4 track days. The first couple track outings I wasn't really aggressive but I'm getting quicker. I've never felt any fade so I haven't been pushing it to the limit. Do you think I have another track day of moderate abuse left in...
  3. Ford Axing all cars except Mustang and Focus Active Crossover in North America

Depending on what happens with gas prices due to the situation with Iran, Ford may come to deeply regret this.
  4. Popping sound on acceleration

Can you make a video so we can hear it?
  5. Popping sound on acceleration

I removed mine because of the same kind of noise. It might have been that I didn't install it correctly. I think it's because the cup was preventing the teeth on the subframe bushing from being torqued to the chassis so it would move just enough to creak on acceleration. I haven't heard of...
  6. Popping sound on acceleration

I would recommend trying removing the CB005 to see if you still have the sound.
  7. Suspension issue

It could be the strut mounts since you are lowered. I had a popping noise that developed after lowering so I fixed it with Steeda strut mounts. Maybe a loose sway bar endlink. The endlink nuts need to be really tight or they'll pop.
  8. Steeda's S550 Mustang Clutch Spring Assist 35 lb/in - Now Available!

I've apparently been living in a cave because I just discovered this part. I've been driving for 4k miles without the spring since 2015. Ordered. ... a cave I tells ya.
  9. best spring choice?

If you're on a tight budget and can't upgrade dampers then I know the BMR springs are a good option.
  10. best spring choice?

This. If you want your car to look good and have a great ride then you might as well spend the money and get the Steeda non-adjustable proaction dampers as well as the Steeda shock mounts. I can't stress the shock mounts enough. They really help with ride quality. Also, try not to lower...
  11. FS: BMR Front Handling Springs

BMR front handling springs SP084B. They are the 300 lb springs that drop 1.2 inches. I got the updated ones since they aren't as much of a drop. These are good for someone who wants more of a raked look with plenty of support. They work great with either the rear handling or drag springs. I...
  12. best spring choice?

That's a good idea. That spring rate would be low enough to not have to change struts I would think. I saw the minimum drop springs in person and they look great. Perfect for a daily driver.
  13. best spring choice?

I'd suggest either the BMR SP080 or Steeda ultralite springs with a rear 1/4 or 3/8 inch spacer. Those would get you the rake.
  14. BMR Suspension SP083 Handling Springs, REVISED and Better than Ever!

I have the 250lb fronts and the 800lb drag rear springs with gt350 struts and steeda pro-action shocks. Although I haven't had a track day yet they are comfortable for me on the street and my shock/strut combination is perfect with them. I pushed the car hard in a big parking lot and the turn...
  15. Rear shock mount options

They are the only one's that I know of. I just installed them and I can tell you they aren't $200 just because they are the only ones. They are very high quality being machined billet aluminum with the Teflon lined bearing. Very strong and they helped smooth out bumps.
  16. Stopping Brake Squeal

You could also try just re-bedding them without even taking them off. Although I haven't had any noise on my 15 PP, I did get squealing a couple times on my 05 with Hawk street pads that had plenty of life left. I just bed them in again and it helped a lot. It's at least worth a quick try...
  17. Steeda S550 Mustang Camber Plates (15-16 All) - Now Available

These are excellent camber plates. Steering feels smoother and they got rid of the popping when turning the wheel at slow speeds after lowering caused by the factory strut mounts.
  18. Anyone else get rattle from Steeda billet shock mount?

I triple checked the axle nuts. I got the inner camber bolts as tight as I could with an 18mm wrench in that tight space. This is making me sick. I'm really close to taking it to the dealer. If it's not a part that I put on it should be covered under warranty. Only 2600 miles on the car.
  19. Anyone else get rattle from Steeda billet shock mount?

I'm in gear. The sound happens right when I let off the clutch and move forward. It can also happen during cornering but not as loud or as many creaks. I can try tightening the axle nuts again.
  20. Anyone else get rattle from Steeda billet shock mount?

Did you just tighten them or did you change the camber arms to fix it?
