  2. Going from boosted to NA

I'm making 623 hp at the wheels on 91 octane. It's not about the power, it's about the drivability for me.
  3. Going from boosted to NA

I really wish I hadn't wasted the money on tunes and all that and just gone back to factory a long time ago. After my experience I doubt I do a SC on anything else at least not a procharger anyway.
  4. Going from boosted to NA

I'm still using ID1000's. that's good to hear. If I can get exhaust studs and nuts I'm going to do this this week. The blower and that is going to be easy. The headers are going to be a b!t(h.

Does anyone know how long the factory fuel rail spacers are? (The pedestals that the bolts go through that hold the fuel rail in place)

I think the polished head unit does cost more but don't really remember. PC checked everything and said I just needed seals. I also paid to have my injectors sent back to Injector Dynamics to be cleaned and repaired. That was supposedly what was causing the surge at idle. It helped but didn't...
  7. Going from boosted to NA

I have the stage 2 set up with a polished P1 head unit ID1000 injectors, JMS BAP, 170 degree thermostat, JBA long tubes(garbage)catless mid pipes and ford racing cat back. I forget what size pulley I have on the blower right now I've got the BOV that came with the kit and I'm making about 8-10...
  8. Going from boosted to NA

I did the install myself but I had my tuner do the pulley swap when I had the BAP, injectors, exhaust and first dyno tune. The blower blew a seal after I took it back to be retuned.
  9. Going from boosted to NA

Idk. My tuner sent it back to procharger to get checked out just in case the lack of oil damaged any bearings. When I got it back it looked like it had been shipped in a box of rocks. The finish was all scratched up.
  10. Going from boosted to NA

It blew during the dyno pull. I guess it made a huge mess.
  11. Going from boosted to NA

One of the oil seals on the blower. I had to have the blower rebuilt. It wasn't covered under warranty because I had it longer than a year and I had the pulley changed.
  12. Going from boosted to NA

Yes, I ran the sc with stock manifolds and cats for about a year. I was using the Procharger tune. Then when I added ID 1000 fuel injectors, JMS BAP, 170 degree thermostat, UPR dual valve oil separator and long tubes I had the car tuned. It made 623 hp at the wheels but it just runs weird. im...

I almost got full pay off for it at the GMC dealership but then they realized it wasn't going to pass smog damn these emmissions laws.
  14. Going from boosted to NA

Probably but I'm just tired of messing with it and putting money in to it. After 2 years of the same old crap I'm done. It's time to just cut my loses and move on.
  15. Going from boosted to NA

I would love to sell it outright but i couldn't sell this car to another person the way that it is and feel good about it. If I have time after I've put it back to stock then I'll try and sell it out right. Car max is a last resort. Hell, I don't think anyone would buy it with the way it runs...
  16. Going from boosted to NA

I'd love to be able to take the time to retune and figure out why my car runs so weird but I might have to sell my car to car max or something like that and if my car is not carb compliant I won't be able to sell it or I'll end up upside down by several grand.
  17. Going from boosted to NA

I guess I should've said this earlier but I'm also getting ready to move my family across the country and need to sell my car. The poor performance and previous problems have just made the decision to sell the car a little bit easier so I'm going to put the car back to factory and sell it. I...
  18. Going from boosted to NA

I had all of that stuff checked. The tuner said there's no boost or vacuum leaks. I'm really just done dealing with it. I've not reached out to procharger since the first time that they couldn't fix the surge issue and every response that I've seen them post about other guys problems is that all...
