Try an active exhaust so you can get exotic if need be then tone it down. Roush active with xpipe works great for me, every time it’s a bit obnoxious I just turn that knob, and even on quiet mode it still sounds good

Happened to me once also but for me I forgot about the NLS , had it floored at about 7.5k. Then I just shifted normally by letting off gas slammed clutch to the floor then did the reverse, got a little backfire , TBH still trying to understand why cause even if it was hovering at 5k why...

I have a similar issue on one side of my Roush active, if I take a long screwdriver I can duplicate the rattle even with the car off just by tapping the valve or even by hitting the exhaust with my hand

Just got done installing a ford perf xpipe, pp3, and already had the Roush active quads, sound is badass, even in quiet mode it just sounds “right” loud mode is loud yes but it still sounds awesome , so awesome I normally leave it on loud. I say go for it, these are high revving motors...

I love my GT but if I had been on these forums and saw the used gt350 prices I would have went that route , they look a tad better plus more HP, can’t go wrong IMO

You may be able to get it for your asking price if you are patient enough , but the 10speeds are so cool you sure you don’t want one of those for just a little more ?
