I'm still not seeing where it routes into the intake tube of the supercharger- where is the 'positive' crankcase ventilation? Maybe it connects underneath the tube? Can't tell that from the photos.
Why don't you add swaybars first and see if you like the difference? Highly suggest the adjustable variety.
For your spring question- I don't know of any; even adjustable coil-overs highest height is lower than factory (for previous models).

Cheapest/best sounding combo IMO: FRPP or Lethal Performance resonator delete with Roush axle back. Before shipping- $849. It'll be the cheapest solution for an NA applications IMO.

+1, no need in better springs if the stock dampers can't control them properly. Also, no need in getting springs that don't increase the spring rate enough to warrant better dampers IMO. But that's just me, if it doesn't make it...
