The "off the line" performance of the GT 350 has received unwarranted criticism IMO. It murdered the Z28 in the MT Head to Head. Yes different gearing would make it even more aggressive at lower rpm's, but we have little to complain about.

I will l also probably get a CQuartz application and Xpel Ultimate in some of the more important or at risk areas...to do an entire car is very costly.

Just read that also. No way the Z28 comes close to the R for driving enjoyment and lap times, at least the current one. The next one however who knows.
