Tcstang and I got it taken care of quickly. We lost a decent amount of coolant, but just added water and now my cylinder head temps are around 185-190 consistently. Thanks again, Stephen.
Since you have a tune, I would assume the rev limit was raised? You should be able to just inch out 60mph in second for sure.
Nonetheless I wouldn't change gears unless I was boosted.
My gt pp does the exact same thing. It's embarrassing squealing to a stop when DDing the 5.0.
I wish ford would realize the PP brakes need a squealing TSB as well.
I have this same issue. I have had the light come on and by pushing the handle the extra 1/2inch down or so (the handle rebounds and goes back up slightly after this due to the looseness) and the light goes off.
