  1. Water Pump Pulley - MMR or Steeda?

I have the MMR pulley. I wouldn't spend 120$ for a water pump pulley that won't even provide a measurable improvement . I bought one from MMR because I was already purchasing a damper through them and felt like wasting some money.
  2. Gt350 manifold owners question for ya!

Before the I uploaded the tune the car fired up first crank with the stock TB and 350 manifold. I am guessing it would have driven fine to get me point A to B. Install the gt350 TB in the parking lot of the tuner
  3. S550 HP gains

Yes Sam, I was trolling. But seriously if you are looking for strait power skip the cat back, put on a set of headers with the stock (catback) Leave the stock intake on or do a JLT/steeda. And do a Lund tune, they offer much more support for future mods and if E85 is available in your area they...
  4. S550 HP gains

    410 at the crank
  5. Headers or GT350 IM

I am still running the stock airbox with the gt350 manifold and stock TB. Works well. You can't go wrong with either headers or intake manifold... although my GT350 manifold car (stock exhaust) did pull my bud that had SP catless headers and a JLT intake. He bought a 350 manifold a week later...
  6. convince me lol

Just do it... how many coyote engines do you hear about self destructing?
  7. OPG needed for non-drag car?

Then you see cars like the panda with a 2.3 TVS on spray banging off a 2 step with a completely stock bottom end lol. I put a damper on to go along with my gt350 manifold, but if I went with boost and was spending over 6k, another 1k in insurance isn't a bad idea.
  8. 2015-17 Mustang GT Ford Performance Power Packs

Yes the car rips. It feels very comparable to stock under 5k, above that it pulls hard through 7700. Best mod for a N/A engine besides headers. FYI I am still running the stock intake.
  9. Need some oil

    Walmart is the cheapest
  10. Walker Exhaust Direct-fit Dynomax system

There is nothing wrong with walker products, if anything exhaust products as a whole are incredibly overpriced. The price of an axle back is off the charts.
  11. Electric Spice

Guy in my town owns this old RTR sema car, it is a f150 color. Pretty bad ass
  12. Stock vs Tuned vs JLT vs PMAS - The Real Dyno Test!

People think that the stock intake tube is small, but no one takes into consideration the volume of the helmholtz resonator. Stock tube works very well, and those ugly intake mufflers actually help increase VE. GOOD READ...
  13. Stock vs Tuned vs JLT vs PMAS - The Real Dyno Test!

Here is the link to the post with their dyno open hood vs closed... http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=65348&highlight=Hood+closed&page=5 It would have been nice to see someone else test it the way they did.
  14. Stock vs Tuned vs JLT vs PMAS - The Real Dyno Test!

Livernois already tested a open air element intake with the hood up and down. Made less power with the hood down, so yes I am serious. Less surface area to breathe through. The stock intake obviously doesn't benefit from a open hood, but I can reasonable assume a open air element may.
  15. Stock vs Tuned vs JLT vs PMAS - The Real Dyno Test!

Still would have seen pulls done with a closed hood like initially planned. I think those gains would have shrunk, especially with the PMAS. But understandably that would be a ton of pulls on the dyno.
  16. Stock vs Tuned vs JLT vs PMAS - The Real Dyno Test!

I bet with the hoods closed the stock box would be within 3hp. This test Confirms track results I have seen, headers are the best bang for the buck mod.. Thanks for the info!
  17. Stock vs Tuned vs JLT vs PMAS - The Real Dyno Test!

  18. Stock vs Tuned vs JLT vs PMAS - The Real Dyno Test!

Thank god they are using a dyno and not just comparing MAF lb/min flow values
  19. Stock vs Tuned vs JLT vs PMAS - The Real Dyno Test!

Everything within the tune is the same besides the MAF transfer rate. So yes it is the same tune. MAF transfer rates won't affect how much power will be made, all it does is make sure the air being metered is accurate, not how much is flowing. Timing tables, fuel, cam timing will all be the...
