Transmission: all internal parts
Too bad you don't work at the Ford service shop I brought my car to as you seem like you would straighten things out. The service shop appears to have a different definition of what is covered. I'll know in the next few days when they actually open it if they...
I made a case number when I spoke to the customer service center. The service manager (zone rep?) called me and I explained I had other issues in the past with my transmission and that the guy ran my car until the garage filled up with smoke hoping that she would care. However, she said that...
Well paul123, thanks for seeing my customer point of view. Unfortunately, the Ford repair shop and the Ford Motor Co. might have a different point of view as the manufacturer/service shop wants me to spend lots of my own out-of-pocket money/time. They have my car, my money, and their legal on...
They already forced me to pay $750 towards parts so they can start doing diagnosis. Their diagnosis apparently means they need to disassemble the Mt-82, take out the clutch and related parts, then put in new parts. They sure have good confidence I needed those parts since before even doing...
Thanks for the link and video. Here's a summary of what I learned:
1. Hang on to your purchase documents
2. Get your warranty repairs written and documented. Keep these documented repair orders showing what was wrong, how long they had it, and what was fixed
3. Send a letter to Ford saying...
Hi all,
I have a 2015 Mustang GT PP manual transmission for just over 12 months. I've had five problems with it since I bought the car:
1. ~800 miles: The gear shifter allowed reverse to work without pulling up on the little plastic surround under the shift knob.
2. ~900 miles: The gear...
Did you use this kit:

If not, could you please provide the model number of the boost gauge kit you did use (and how much it was)?
Thanks!
I have noticed some strange behavior on my 2015 GT. It is related to the basic alarm as I did not purchase the optional alarm. One day I went out to my car in the morning with my keyfob in my pocket and I put my hand on the door handle to open the car. However, the car would not open when I...
I noticed you are offering a kit called the Beefcake Special for $5900 and saying the Vortech will make 800 flywheel HP (~695 RWHP) on the V3Si. When I spoke with Vortech on the phone, they said their V3Si comes with a pulley that makes 8 PSI; if you change it, you lose your 1-year warranty on...
Just that one of the installers said that 650 RWHP was the limit without race gas and custom tune, even with the fuel pump booster on a particular SC installed on a stock 15 GT.
Possible supercharger risks:
Over 650 RWHP requires race gas and a fuel pump booster (more than 93 octane costs $20 extra per fill up for the octane booster you need to add; 93 costs $3/gallon here so $3 x 15 gallon = $45 + $20 = $65/tank with ~200 miles range). Over 10 PSI of boost will...
I have the $$ now to buy an install any one of the above SC kits and am seriously considering having one installed this month if possible. I have install quotes from three 'local' shops that I found from this forum (MAK, Steeda, and Power by the Hour). Other local SC installers here in South...

I bought the SCT X4 without the CAI from AmericanMuscle.com around Christmas time so I expect to see 15 HP gains. If I paid for the JLT CAI, I would have seen as much as 30 HP gain on 93 octane. However, I was going for the supercharger. The supercharger needs its own tune and comes with its...
Very nice power! Looks like you made an additional 150 RWHP from the stock Whipple kit and canned tune with the above mods. If somebody were to purchase the "power pack" option (LP-PWR-15GTWHP29LKIT) from Lethal, but has a stock car without the long tube headers, what would be the difference?
Vortech V3 Si dyno graph can be found here: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18587
I suspect the boost is set higher than 8.5 PSI since the kit is making around 640 RWHP (8.5 PSI was said to make 640 flywheel HP).
