I'm in Baltimore, and I've only seen one in the wild. There are 6 or more on the lots at the dealerships I've passed by. They seem to still be rare around here. I expect to see a lot more this spring and summer.

I am loving that front fascia! I like how clean it is. It also has three openings that sort of mimic the DRLs. Much nicer looking than stock IMO.

OP, I've noticed this too. Dealer here in Baltimore had 3 GT's and an Ecoboost. Ecoboost sold within a few days, but those GT's haven't moved since I saw them there about three weeks ago.
