When I had mine in for an oil change, around the 30,000 mile point, I asked about the service. They told me that its not really needed because they check all that stuff anyways on all cars. Like mentioned above, they have the drive through alignment laser and the other stuff they check on all...
I don't think an overlay will work, unless I can peel all the chrome away. It's lifting bad. Just wondering if there was an aftermarket solution that also came with the boot, or even just replaced the chrome with even an actual metal surround. Might just go to the dealer and see what they want...
I have a 2016 GT 6mt and the "Chrome" around the boot is delaminating. I had this problem with the cup holders nad just bought new trim. What are people doing for the shifter, and can you get just the chrome, or is it the whole leather boot and all?
I ran my 2016 GT with longtubes and an Airaid CAI for a couple months before getting a tuner for it. No problems other than a bad motor mount. So if you have a few miles, I had 70k, I would look at replacing the mounts while your there. You have to undue them anyways.
If you watch Hoovies Garage, he uses Vango Autospa in Kansas. I'm sure their not close to you, but maybe something like it in your area. From what I've seen, he does amazing work.

I cant seem to locate a p/n for the 4.09 either. If you could get a part#, you could have them search the database and see what they can find. I dont even know where to find a part# without an old school book, like back in the day.
Worst case scenario, you can always go under the car and look at the tag on the differential. If it has 3L15 its 3.15 tracton lock. If it has 3 15 its 3.15 non traction lock.
You added an amp and sub and they tied into the front door for signal? Why wouldnt they just go to the speakers in the rear deck? That's where I grabbed my signal for my sub. If I may ask, what amp and sub?
That looks like the right parts. Check with your local dealers parts counter, sometimes, though rare, are cheaper. Also, Rockauto is cheaper and Motorcraft if thats the brand you want.

Have new plugs and swapped coils around. The codes randomly call those 3 cylinders. 1 day it will be #7, next it might be #8 and sometimes all 3. Changed the plugs 2x already and no change.
I have random misfire codes, all showing drive side. P0306, p0307,p0308 p0300 and p0316. Clear them, then will get p0308 and p0316. Would a broken driver side motor mount cause a misfire code? I've changed the plugs and coils and codes still randomly come up. Also have done a crank relearn just...
I got a 16 GT Performance pack 6mt car. I have long tubes, highflow cats, resonater delete, Basani catback and CAI. Looking for a canned tuner. Looking at the SCT Livewire. Is it worth it, or would the the X4/SF4 be better? I live the idea of being able to live monitor. Maybe someday in the...
For the LC light to come on, the oil temp needs to be 175*, the Launch control box needs to be checked in the track apps menu and TRACTION control needs to be enabled. If traction control is turned off, LC will not work since LC uses traction control to manage wheel spin.
Kind of in the same boat. I ended up picking up an intake off of marketplace. No tune required and I have my old 1 to do a lockout later if I decide to.
