Rather than a full fuel pump replacement somebody needs to look into developing fuel pump internals that are the first mod you ever do on Mazdaspeeds and multiple Audi and VW DI motors. Much more cost effective.
The block windows come from con rod failures not thinner cylinder sleeves. Con rods will fail either due to them bending under too much load, bearing failure, or retaining bolt failure.
Is there any negative effects of putting a 285 in the front? With such a big change from the stock size do you lose any turn in or steering feel? I was debating a staggered setup with 285 in the rear with maybe 265-275 in the front. If there is no feeling or response drawbacks would definitely...
Well yeah some mods required, you need to bore out the sleeves to fit in larger pistons. The price isn't too bad seeing how it includes all bearings, I-beam rods, and custom forged pistons. Well you know they always say no replacement for displacement so it must be good lol. I had found stroker...
Product page states 86 degree ambient temp, also displays one pic with bumper on.

Did an oil change on the ecoboost and decided to take a picture and some measurements. A Femco valve might fit but could be tight. It is about 1.5" diameter, could somebody measure the outside diameter of the Femco that sits against the pan?
Yeah I agree with Donto, Levels, ETS, ATM, MAP race core would fair much better in Texas. Cannot stress enough to get the intercooler before tuning. Spark plugs are best to check first before buying unless you just want to have a set on hand.
Can't really compare those graphs like that. Numbers where produced on different car, different dynos, different locations (elevation greatly effects dyno numbers). If you want an off the shelf tune then go with the FP one and keep the warranty (many members have it and praise it greatly...
Pretty much everybody agrees to upgrade intercooler first before any sort of tuning as stock intercooler can't keep up with stock tune.
Catch can is controversial but they do remove oil from the intake manifold and I think they are worth it. If you do get one just go for the UPR and put a 1/4"...
Another thing that really works for catching oversteer is to push in the clutch, wheels stop rotating and then scrub your speed. Have done this many many times while rallycrossing and ice racing rwd vehicles, I would feel the car pass the point of no return and push the clutch and car comes back...
I would suggest against DO kits, I know a lot of people that have had issues with the controller circuit board actually frying. From the tuners I know AEM and aquamist are some of the more popular ones. Be sure to also install a fail-safe in case you run out of. Tune+ used to have a full kit for...
Once all the water spots are taken care of I highly suggest getting some Sonax Polymer Net Shield, it is a very resilient sealant and will last for about 6 months when taken care of properly. To take care of it you will need a bottle of Sonax Brilliant Shine quick detailer as it will add polymer...
If you have had water spots sitting on for a while there is a chance the deposits have etched the paint and the only way to remove is using power polisher first to cut into the paint to reveal fresh paint, then polish to get back a shine. Once you have fresh paint exposed pick up a quality...
