You have put up with far more than I would of. If there was damage on delivery I would of not taken delivery period. I would demand my money back and gone else where. That damage is so close to a body line it would never be perfect with painless repair. They obviously didn't repair it properly...
I did the stitches on the side of my seats where there is cloth, and I just took it one stitch at a time pressing down on the middle of each stitch and let the ink wick into the thread. you can see it in my 2nd picture a few posts up. As long as your careful I don't think it would be a problem...
Thought I'd share my dye job. Here are a few comparison pics during the process, and a few comparing the color to the Alcantara and red stitching Boots. The color is slightly darker than the gt350 steering wheel's red stitching, but overall looks good.
Decided to dye my stitching to match my gt350 wheel, its slightly darker than the red stitching on the gt350 steering wheel, but matches well with the alcantara with red stitching boots and arm rest cover from CJ pony. Also added the howler badge to go along with my diy race mesh grilles...
Unless you like wet greasy look, I would avoid at all cost. I personally like Chemical Guys, Swissvax, Zymol. Chemical guys interior cleaner doesn't have any odor or greasy feeling. Their conditioner doesn't leave an overwhelming odor, applies easy, and removes with out streaking or leaving residue.

Decided to get the GT350R steering wheel, and something to complement it, so I got Antarctica replacement boots for the shiftier, brake, and arm rest. Also got the black Barton reverse lock out. Install is pretty straight forward. Just follow the videos on youtube.
Tip: if you are using the...
Since its raining in Houston, I figure I'd find something to do. Secured my Craig's plate frame with some proper hardware as the idea of a bit of double sided tape didn't give me much confidence as it was falling off after 2 days. From there I felt that since ford went through so much trouble to...
yes it is, easy to do, only difficult part was getting the metal connector on the red wire into the light plug. The rest was just removing carpet and the subwoofer. I ended up using the grommet on the left side of the spare tire space where the oem harness is, instead of punching a new hole...
I just did my reverse light too, it took a little fiddling around to get it back in as it was a tight squeeze to get under there. but here is where I got mine back in fully flush and turned till it stopped. blade facing aprox 11 and 5 o clock.
