Remove the housing clamp bolts, then you can flex the air horn up and filter comes out easily. Also be sure to seat the "bump" on the bottom of filter on the bottom of the filter housing and TIGHTEN the clamp .

I add a quart every 500/600 miles. I have 9200 on od.

This . I use Warm soapy water and micro towel. Be careful wiping with dry towel , real easy to scratch the painted surfaces.
