I will be going to Dave and Lee djone101 to have mine serviced. Not even asked about their prices but I bet it will be cheaper than Ford and they will do a better job. I trust them to use Ford recommended parts to keep my warranty in tact so no need to pay a ridiculous price from Ford.

Yeah that's the guy and yes although that was an extreme case, it proves that Ford can do the right thing i.e. loan a mustang and order a very quick replacement car.

First thing I would do is speak with the Mustang care team and let them know what has happened. This will then help you to prioritise the outcome you want; 1) The parts ordered and replaced asap OR 2) A new car ordered with a high priority and while you wait, another mustang loaned to you. I...

I have only seen the white one, which parks in the Toomey industrial estate and then the Yellow demo car from Ford Dunton. I pass Festival now and again so will keep an eye out for you :thumbsup:

Owners manual it shows the code I mentioned before, which equates to 5W-30 when searched but there is no mention that this is for EB or GT.

Noticed you used 5W-20 but the owner's manual states this code WSS-M2C913-D which when searched brings up 5w-30? Taken from the owner's manual Specifications Only use fluid that meets Ford specifications. If you are unable to find an engine oil that meets the specification defined by...

DIB convertible on the M25 between Junctions 4 & 5 yesterday (20.07.16) around 6:30pm. You were heading anticlockwise towards Junction 4 coming up the hill stretch just after junction 5 and I was going the opposite way.
