The 10 speed is faster and you would e financially upside down. Why do this ? If you want a Manuel maybe go 2017 and save some $$ given the situation since not a huge diff speed wise with manuals and 2017 -2018s and up
I think at that power level you have to already expect to maybe need to strengthen or replace the bottom end at some point. Pretty cool it can even handle it imo and impressive!
Just went through this myself, somehow convinced myself that to grab a fore return style and some 1300x injectors. Definitely wanna monitor that pressure
It’s a loaded gt also, 401a digital dash etc, the only way imo this is a bad deal is if you plan on changing the parts already installed , ie you want a diff supercharger etc, or if you really do plan on trading it in in a year.
The value will be there as you have a warranty also.

You can do it yourself if you are mechanically inclined. Might even spend the extra 300 and add an x or h pipe while you are under the car. A sawzall works wonders if cutting is needed.
Congrats it’ll be awesome for your ears and eyes
What do you guys think the power limits of the 1050x injectors is with a return style fuel system? Seems at a certain point may as well buy the 1300s ?
I love my x with the Roush Active, I was worried it would be too raspy but went the x route anyways cause of the slight power gains over an H. Really couldn’t be happier with the sound and as everyone else has said quiet is still really quiet. Can easily have normal volume conversations etc...
same for me I went with those same injectors and also was debating a fuel system for the lpf turbo kit I ordered ( hence why I asked the questions). Out of curiosity and because it’s not super obvious what’s the diff between the stage 2 and 3 / 4 kits ?
You guys don’t think the stock pump and BAP can get him to 750-800 on E-85 ? I think of you are gonna upgrade may as well go big but I can’t help but wonder if what you already have will work ?
I already had an aftermarket exhaust but it was never loud enough for me, x pipe in my case woke it up significantly, Maybe try the exhaust before headers due to cost if you mainly want sound ?
Yeah it’s supercharged by a non factory installed item that near doubles power output. Not easy to win that argument TSBs etc included. I mean what can you do take them to court ?
probably they will be more receptive if you are willing to pay considering the circumstances and definitely at...
Maybe you can approach it in a different way. Go into a different dealer and tell them that you don’t expect any warranty claims because of your mods but you would like to have a fluid change/ software upgrade at whatever the cost is ?
thanks I’m gonna give it a shot, seems like more than one person has complained of rattling. I have a regular dremel but perhaps this dremel multimax tool is something I will need to invest in. That and hopefully the local hardware stores have a 2 inch bushing / spacer
