I agree with this, I wouldnāt want a tuner to push beyond the means of blowing an engine but also had the capability and knowledge to push big numbers with the proper equipment and fuel. Numbers did seem low but thatās just me talking - true figures are seen at the track and/or the pants feel...
it took me around 6-8 on the first round of mods - your basic run of the mill P1X, 2018 manifold (locked) and FIC1000s.

I have watched some of his past videos (not him personally) and the cars seems very āveryā tame. Like heās not pushing anything - low to mid 600s on a boost application like 10psi. Hard for me to stomach. Maybe they were just older videos and heās out making a name for himself now.
No way!! I have already mentioned to him about fueling and all sorts of little issues here and there, but just doesnāt seem to get resolved unless I pester him a lot. So far I have waited at least a week for a revision (which I suppose isnāt awful).

I do have a stronger Ford Racing tensioner when I upgraded my alternator but it is possible the belt hit that āmaximumā stretch. I just found it weird that it was pulling up on the smooth surface.
I probably have 40 WOT pulls on this belt with back road shenanigans to dyno runs.
like if it snapped Iād understand, just not my case. But also this post was to see what other belt alternative do we now have outside if Gates.
Bottoming out? Oh it has a lot of room in the sense. The tensioner was probably 1/2ā (maybe less) from maxing out the tensioner to 3ā from bottoming out.

I do feel this statement would be more valid if my belt snapped if the tension was too much or the belt would have jumped if the alignment was off, but thatās just not my case. The back half started pulling apart - unraveling. Plus I do have some miles on it; not a whole lot but...
