I can't speak from anything too crazy. Most I've had on my previous cars was just axle back. I've got the 3" Stainless Works catback w/ H-pipe, tune, and CAI and the car pulls much harder. It is night and day difference from stock.
Last Friday I installed the JLT intake and Bama tune and it really woke up the car. It drives much better all around, even when I'm not hammering the throttle. If anyone has any questions let me know. Full install took me about 45 mins at my house.
Of the three, I'd go RR after seeing them all in person. DIB has too much purple in it during certain lighting conditions (I miss the darker Atlantic Blue from 2000). After owning a black car, I will never buy one again. They look amazing when clean, but are such a pain to keep up with.

I've heard nothing but great thing about Livernois, however, their tune with their custom programmer is $599. You can get a JLT+Bama tune with the tuner for $750. I have only had the Ford Racing tune on my previous Mustang. Most people seem to enjoy theirs no matter who they bought it from and...
This... SW H-Pipe is not raspy in my opinion. It is very deep and has no drone. Every review I've read on the Magnaflow is they love the sound but that it drones at 45mph and at highway speeds.

I've still not experienced drone with my SW catback. Like others have stated, it's mainly just loud shifting into 6th around 60-65mph while accelerating to speed. Once I'm at speed the car is very quiet.
I agree that it's most likely the summer tires in the colder weather. I live in Houston and I can tell you we've had abnormally cold weather here lately and the Pzero's have not held up too well. I get the same thing turning when it's cold out.
