UPDATE TO RANDOM MISSFIRE got a text from dealership today saying Roush sent them a new tune and they were driving the car today. I checked back at the end of the day and they said car ran good but they wantedto keep it overnight to do a cold start in the morning. unsure what a "new tune"...

Hopefully your dealer has a little more insight on this. I have a shop full of techs including a tunner that all want to get their hands on it but that defeats the whole purpose of a factory warranty.
