Right now its a road race car/autocross soon to be a track car. No rules. I'm talking about how much performance are you losing when you track up the 9.5 vs the 10 when it comes to the limit. The end goal is to be a track car, but that is far ahead. Right now its a daily with full coils, just...
Deciding between 10" wide rims or 9.5" rims that are going to be a square set up on the vehicle.
How much cornering performance am I giving up because of this. The 10" wide wheel is a SVE pp2 replica but It wont be in stock in mid jan.
I was thinking of picking up the 9.5" rtr tech 5 wheel...
Would fitting a 285 to a PP1 9.5 inch rim in a square set up would be competitive? Or should I get an actual 10 inch wide rim and go for a 285. Is there difference in cornering putting a 285 on a 9.5 inch wide rim, instead of going to the 10 inch wide wheels?

I agree with little guy, also nothing wrong with going to the Performance Pack 1 Wheels, they are strong, come with really good tires and can be picked up on the fourm all the time for cheaper than buying those wheels, mounting, balance, buying tires. It is a very noticeable upgrade.
Is the ducting 100% necessary? Im about to pick up a 15-17 oil cooler, did you have to fab up mounts? Do you remember the sizes of the hoses and the lengths?
Thanks
Great Info, Is 212 safe for track use? I want the transmission to last for a while since it will be a mixed use vehicle with track and regular daily use.
I have a 2019 with the 10r80 did the whine since I bought it off the dealership lot. 3.5k miles later, nothing has changed. Sounds like a fake supercharger tho.
