You are correct about how stupid these animals are and it's true that "nothing runs like a deer"... In any stupid direction. But the community I live in have hugh herds of deer and yes they move erratically. Every day I watch 10 deer walk across my back yard. My family has a long history of dealing with stupid deer. And I can say my three grown deer-hunting sons have probably "bagged" more deer with their trucks than with their rifles. None of my sons believe in deer whistles but they've had deer strikes. I have the whistles on my last three Mustangs and the deer move away from me. I'm not taking any chances that the "Buck stops here" on my Stang.:cheers:
