I bought a 2017 premium pp with a ford racing catback and a short throw shifter. I want to tune it with Lund for better throttle response and obviously a little more get up. Would you think I would notice much of a difference from stock tune to 93 with stock intakes?

You will absolutely notice a difference with a tune. More power better throttle response etc. We offer Several great options here at Beefcake racing let me know if I can help answer any questions and get you setup with a device and tuning

no, I wouldnt tune it just yet, wait for long tubes/cold air intake as a minimum before tuning unless you want to go e85 for which case I would recomend the pro flex commander DX, flex fuel conversion kit, you will notice some throttle changes and a bit more power, but its not enough to justify the cost until you get real mods that you need to get a tune for, also if you tune it now and decide to add mods later, you pay twice unless you go with bama which gives you free tunes for life, but be prepared to send like 20 datalogs before they get the tune right, stay stock as long as you can bro, once you start tuning you can never go back.
side note: also consider that ford built that car and put billions into it, it runs in safe parameters right now based on what ford designed it to do, a tuner will sacrifice something to get you more power alot of times, whether thats engine longevity, MPG, or just hesitations and general driveability issues. Of course a tuner could do a fantastic job and you could not have any issues, but why chance it for such a marginal change.
