If Ford would issue face shields, masks, and require the employees to wear rubber gloves while working on the assembly line, I would think Ford could resume production of the Mustangs in three weeks. The employees could practice social distancing when not on the line.

I think suppling our healthcare workers with these items would take precedence over building cars. Beside Ford has other things to build right now.

Oh, I agree......Bronco, Bronco Sport and, especially, new F150 are more important to Ford, at least in terms of new sales, than the '21MY Mustang. With news that the NAIAS is cancelled for this year I'm sure they'll be rethinking their reveal approach.

As much as I'm not a fan of the direction that the mustang is headed with the mach E, I really, really doubt you'd rather drive the mustang 2 mach 1 than the mach E if you had a chance and choice to drive both.

Agreed. Although I’d take a mustang II over the probe. Luckily that didn’t kill off the Mustang like it was suppose to.

I have no doubt the Mach E drives 1000x better than the Mustang II Mach 1, but the latter remains pure to its pony car roots..........and hand on heart its the one I'd put in my garage if I only had the choice of those two

Anyway......now we have more evidence of a new Mach 1, bring on the next spy shots

Cars like that made me buy my 400 Firebird Formula back in the day.
It actually made me sad to see a mustang in those years.
