Did a sunny, 30 degree ride yesterday with my co-worker in the passenger seat. The Audi windscreen is seriously the best mod ever for anyone with a convertible. Only the slightest cold breeze over the top of our heads (both of us are over 6' tall).

The always trusted Continental DWS06 which has one of the best snow rated high performance all season tires, but now I have moved onto Vredestein Quatrac 5, because they’re 3 peak Mountain snowflake rated all seasons!
I bought a set of the Quatrac 5s yesterday based off this review. The dealer insisted they only sell safe cars, and did a good job buttering me up... turns out the guy knew nothing about cars and considers a state inspection to be a "safe" car, while the tires were down to 4/32".
Installed this morning

Yep! Top down going to a workout this morning, about 55-56, seats heated, 78 medium speed HVAC, windows up, hoodies and hats :D

Came out to slightly warmer, 57-58, but literally HOT in the bright beautiful sun that's out today :sun:

Yikes I had the same weather this weekend 12º north of you (or @1,100 miles).

I did it at -20 celcius, so -4 F. And a lot of time. Even on a special ice and snow track

-4° F ...

Hahaha, wow, I won't refer to driving in 55° as "cold weather" anymore :D
I used more heating and bigger coat and hat than you, to say the truth

I give it a week. 55F is *cold* in Vegas. People are walking around in wool gloves, scarves and hats.

We rode yesterday in sunny 40 degree weather. It was very pleasant with the windows up and the flip up wind screen.

It's been WAY below freezing here in the DC area since Christmas Day but finally got to 42 this afternoon so I had to take a top-down cruise at lunch. With the wind deflector raised, side windows up, seat warmers on high and cabin temp at 75 it was MAGNIFICENT! I usually wait until it's at least 45 degrees to go top-down but "cabin-fever" made me drop it today. What's everyone else's minimum temp to drop the top?
