Based on what I am seeing from the OP our Signature Wheel SV101 and SV104 would be the ticket. We can custom cut all of our designs to whatever size you want, but I wouldn’t go less than 19x11 square on the GT350. Car needs the contact patch. Weight wise you are looking at 20/21 lbs as well.

When Considering any wheel for the GT350 weight, strength, stiffness, brake caliper clearance, and track capabilities should all be considered.
