Putting LX platform wheels on Fords is an old trick the panther platform guys started doing years ago. They "fit" but they aren't an exact fit. It "works", I wouldn't be doing it myself though.

The Dodge bolt pattern is the same as Ford’s, 5 x 4.5 or 5 x 114.3 on their larger cars like the charger. These centerlines came off a Dodge Charger.

Same wheels mounted on my 17 Mustang GT. Sadly I’m unable to use them on my GT because the spokes won’t clear the Brembo’s.

Unless something changed, the Mopars are 5x115

They're talking about the same kind of wheel swaps we are

Correct, challengers are 5 x 115 but Charger,

Correct changed my post and removed Challenger. The wheels from dodge that are 5 x 4 1/2 or 5 x 114.3 are as follows

Avenger
Caliber
Caravan (6 cyl)
Charger
Colt
Dakota
Diplomat
Grand Caravan
Intrepid
Nitro
Stealth
20-09 Stratus Coup

99.9% sure that the Charger in the 114.3/4.5 list is pre-LX, pre-FWD era. The Challenger is just a short wheelbase Charger, and there is zero good reason to have different bolt patterns for those two cars.

don't guess. Just look at the data
https://www.wheel-size.com/

The most recent Charger != Challenger platform, wheelbase differences aside. They are closely related but not the same. That's why there is no 6MT for the Charger despite the cars being broadly "the same".

Just google dodge logout patterns, see for your self.

Oy.

The LX, LC, and LD-chassis Challengers and Chargers all have the same wheel bolt pattern - 5x115. As a lifelong Mopar guy, I know this to be true because this different bolt pattern complicates late model wheel swaps onto muscle-era Mopars that are (nearly**) all 5x4.5" or 114.3. I, and a bunch of other Mopar folks went down this road when the LX platform came out. Sure, the difference is only 0.7mm DIA, so only 0.35mm wider at each lug, but I don't want a lateral load on my wheel lugs. Other folks are OK with that, and that's fine by me.

The take-home message is that the 2005-up Chargers and 2008-up Challengers do not have the same bolt pattern as an S550 Mustang. Decide for yourself how to best use that information for your own purposes.

** The other common Mopar muscle-era bolt pattern was 5x4", or 101.6mm. This smaller bolt pattern only came on the Darts, Demons, Dusters, Valiants, and Barracudas up to '73-ish when the 4.5" pattern was phased in. People put 5x100mm wheels on these cars, too, and the difference is 2x as large. Not for me either.
