Is there anyway I could attach the AV cable to the Sync 3 system?

You would probably need to get an aftermarket unit in your dash like the tesla style or something with an AV port or at least Aux Ports.

The Sync system is 100% integrated with the APIM and there are no Aux connections. Even if you were to identify a singular wire that supports AV there is still no way to tell the SYNC system you have 3 extra cameras without heavy programming or third party parts/software.

Again, I would look at replacing the current display with one of the tesla or tablet style units that has support for AV.
