Well installed the side marker and back up light last night. The side markers are so much nicer then the stock ones.

….Well, tomorrow, August 1st, is the 1 year anniversary of the K0067 ("Gloria") in my driveway. 4,977.6 km later.

Mods have been pretty basic; hood struts, Sho n Sto, Ford Performance air filter, LED side marker's and back up light's. One oil change in April (Castrol Edge 5w20).

Overall, couldn't be happier with the car. No ticks or rattles. No rock chips so far :fingerscrossed:

Driving around town, the car has so much presence. The colour and sound just draw people to it.....

Out on the highway, it's amazing. Especially on country single lane roads. It can carry so much speed through the corners without even trying. And passing power, well it has bags of excess power. Instead of one or two cars, it's three, four or more. the only problem with passing that many at once it by the time you pass the last one and you lift, look down at the speedo, and it says 185kph, in the blink of an eye.....oops....

All in all it's been a great first year with the Bullitt, and looking forward to many more. And finally, I still have yet to see another on the road, which just makes is so much more special.....

I feel pretty much the same way about mine Brett, and by coincidence, we've just about the same mileage with mine sitting at 4,932 kms.

Wish I had more miles and time on it, but with the new bike, two other cars and travel, there's only so much I can do. ;-)

Must be a glitch in my data as mine is showing braking G's at 1.89 and left cornering G's at 1.79. I've pulled around 1.2 G's cornering in a race car I had and while the Bullitt corners great I'm not sure it will corner much over 1.0-1.1 G's. Anyone have or know what the maximum G's (all 4) are for a stock 2019 Bullitt?

Yeah, that 1G braking was my one and only try to see what I could get, so I expect it is probably capable of a bit more. I read somewhere you should get 1.1ish on a single corner. Don't think I will be trying that on a regular road, where over cooking it can be expensive....

Last weekend, I got to ride shotgun in an Area 27 Camaro 1LE driven by Bill Drossos. We were pulling 1.3G's in the corners. Tires (Track) were howling...A lot of short straits and low speed corners....Quite Brutal.....

No. Heading back to the interior for the long weekend. Not the Bullitt, which all well, because the traffic will take the fun out of driving it.....

Well, K0067 is insured for the road as at May 1. All washed and waxed up. Had a layer of Meguire's Carnuba over top of Meguire's Ultimate applied last fall. Added Meguire's Hybrid Ceramic after it was washed. Nice and easy to apply... And now the weather has crapped out, so back under the cover. Next week and weekend looking good, so maybe a Covid-19

Brett... maybe think of a full Ceramic Coating... I don’t even get those droplets after a rain or a wash!, 95+Hydrophobic including the glass!, it’ll last up to 5 yrs if garaged kept! I stopped waxing in 2017 ! Saves waaaay more time for drives!! Enjoy the drive...eventually!, cheers.

Brett, unfortunately, mine is stored quite a long way from my place (5-hour round-trip drive) due to a need for space at my place last year as I was installing a 4-post lift in the garage and had no place other than the driveway for my enclosed trailer so no room in the garage for the Bullitt. Hopefully, next weekend the weather will cooperate. Enjoy!

LOL. I am the exact opposite. I had the ceramic coating done to my 2008 Bullitt and was quite pleased. However, now I have gone back to the traditional wash-n-wax in order to save miles. I have been known to put 30k per year mileage on a car in my past. I do want my current collection to stay in a lower range as I don’t know how much longer the normally aspirated rear drive V8 will be around.

Got a road trip in, before the weather turned. 769km....The car is such a dream on the open highway. Wasn't trying to push to hard, as it was cool in the morning, but still upped my right turn Lat. G from 0.88 to 0.94. The weather was perfect, crystal clear sky and high of 26C.
