I am trying to recreate a Mach 1 out of my Royal Crimson. I can switch to a Pedistal spoiler wrapped in 1080 Matt black or i can just do the existing blade. It is about $400 extra to go pedestal which is more authentic..but could potentially take away from the look (I am not sure).

As an update....i may have found a happy compromise: The CS/GT style

That GT/CS pedestal...PAINTED is only $425 from American Muscle. It is maybe $75 to $100 more than an attached or blade.

I got a carbon fiber pedestal from Ali Baba for about $350 unpainted. It took a while for it to ship by slow boat from China, but it was worth the wait IMO. I don't have a good pic of it yet, but you can sort of see it here.

That's what I did, but in body color. See the post on The Spoiler Company thread....
