My price is very good. What's good price on a used unit?
Sorry Patrick...I'm not blaming you on this like I said before, just very frustrated is all.
Sorry to hear about your pain and anguish. I was on a s550 page on fb the other day, and I guy posted about a tesla radio that will work with the premium package. IT's over at phoenix android radios page (https://phoenixandroidradios.com/collections/tesla-style-vertical-screen/Make_Ford). They say they send out two sets of cables now for those with the premium package. Is this BS? Also they have two versions: a 1gb and a 2gb version (559 for the 1gb, 589 for the 2). Can you or anyone else verify if this unit is worth it, or are they just blowing smoke???Well guys I'm tapping out. I have tried everything I have read each post in this thread. I sent my first unit back and waited a month. I received the second unit that was supposed to have been updated and primed and ready to go for my GT PP premium 2015 mustang. The radio will not work in a premium. If you have a premium car, DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT!!!!
As for sending it back again and dealing with Tim, Phil, or whatever name he calls himself; it is just too much of a pain in the ass to deal with. This has been a complete waist of money and countless hours.
For those of you with basic GTs, you have a great unit to have installed. If you have premium, do not waist you money or time.
I got my second unit yesterday. I was excited to install and start playing with the radio. The wiring and unit was the same I sent back. I took lots of pictures of the first one. I figured they did some programming to make it work. No such luck
Anyone interested in a Gen 2 with all the newest software let me know. I paid 625, plus the return shipping of $69. Ill ship it anywhere in the US for $550 shipped

Even the opposite side of the circuit board could be helpful, thanks man.I have my whole gen1 unit pulled and in a box. I dont recall a sticker on what looks to be the RCA backup cam box, but I can pull it out and look.
NP. I think I texted you. If not, some random person got some pictures of me holding a plastic box and circuit board. Lucky them.Even the opposite side of the circuit board could be helpful, thanks man.
Got em, thanksNP. I think I texted you. If not, some random person got some pictures of me holding a plastic box and circuit board. Lucky them.
Got my tesla unit installed. Only issue is the sound will cut out on the front speakers. Anybody be he this issue? Don't feel like scr Long through 200+ pages.
No need for a smart ass comment. Did I ask anyone to read it for me? You knew the answer to my question without me reading 200+ pages. If no one would know then obviously I would read it....because your time is more valuable than everyone else's?
Remove the unit, check the cable connections, reseat them.
