Installed GT350 manifold and TB runs like garbage

thats not true 3.55 gears would get me out of the hole quiker and have more rpms through the traps.

They won't help your 60' any plus you'll be shifting into 4th gear before you cross the traps. Remember 3.73's have already been tested here by RBS550 and the 3.15's were faster.

Does anyone know if I ran a tune for the stock throttle body if the tune would work with my gt350 throttle body? Still Waiting on my stock throttle body adapter to switch over I hear the car will run better drivability wise with stock TB.

It will "work" until you correct the tune but I wouldn't expect much. It's not like your car won't start or move.
